Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a horrible view of an alley and Chung Quing Mansions, and the noise from air conditioner machines at night was quite disturbing. The early check-in process was smooth, but the staff seemed unhelpful and unfriendly throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to transportation options, but the service fell short of creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel offers excellent and comfortable rooms with faultless housekeeping, making it a cozy and comfortable stay. The spa and pool on the same floor add to the convenience, although the decor is a bit dated and could use a refresh.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious, but they were a bit dated. On the bright side, they were well insulated from street noise, and having 2 queen beds was definitely a plus. The service was exceptional, with staff attending to my requests promptly and even preparing me a coffee. The location was amazing, near the MTR for easy transportation access, but the dining options were limited, though complimentary considering my booking. Facilities were adequate, but there were some issues with the dining experience that could be improved.
The hotel's rooms are bigger than average in Hong Kong, very clean with an immaculate bathroom, but could do with a lick of paint. The service is top-notch, with the manager going above and beyond by arranging a birthday cake. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road, near everything you need, although there were some water leakage issues. The dining experience offers an excellent spread in Bistro on the Mile, but it can be quite expensive for the type of food served.
Even though the rooms at this hotel may be nice, they didn't quite match the online pictures and lacked good views. Despite this, it's a place I won't be returning to in the future.
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, super convenient to various transport options and markets, but the rooms were quite old despite being very comfortable. The service was hit or miss, with polite and helpful housekeepers but somewhat impersonal staff during busy check-in times. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with generally tasty dishes but a bit of repetition. Overall, a decent value for the price.
The hotel is in a convenient location near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, making it easy to explore. The rooms, while a bit dated, are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and hospitable, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the view of the nearby dirty apartment block is off-putting.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms that are functional but may need updating, albeit spotlessly clean. The service is very accommodating and the staff is incredibly courteous. The location is perfect and convenient, right on the main shopping road of Tsim Sha Tsui. The dining experience caters to various preferences and is excellent in every aspect.
The hotel offered a good-sized room in Hong Kong with 2 double beds and complimentary breakfast and drinks, though the decor seemed a bit tired. The staff were helpful for traffic control but lacked helpfulness, giving off an air of arrogance at times. The location was fantastic, right in the bustling Tsim Sha Shui district, convenient for all transportation needs but in need of some updates. The dining experience featured a good selection of Asian and Western foods, yet a bit expensive. Overall, the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks for travelers.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that had everything I needed, and the location was great, very close to the MTR and shopping areas. The service was impeccable, with friendly and accessible staff. However, the dining options were somewhat repetitive, and the daily menu lacked variety. Overall, a convenient location with excellent service.
The hotel is perfectly situated just in front of the subway station, close to many attractions in the Golden Mile. The rooms are clean and very quiet, ideal for a family of 4. The service is friendly and professional, though there were some communication challenges during check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic for exploring the city and luxury shopping. The dining options provide enough variety and are good for kids. Overall, a great choice for a convenient and comfortable stay.
The hotel is nicely located in the heart of Kowloon City in Hong Kong, offering a very centralized spot in Tsim Sha Tsui with outstanding cooperation and convenience. The rooms, while just big enough, had a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, with some insects present and delays in availability next to the elevator. However, the service was very helpful overall, although experiences like the staff taking away shopped items without confirmation may occur. The location is perfectly situated for exploring with easy access to the MTR, star ferry, money changers, and malls. The dining experience, including in-room options and a breakfast buffet, was enjoyable with a good variety of food and drink choices. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, providing the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, right on the main shopping road of Tsim Sha Tsui and close to many attractions. The rooms are relatively small and could use some updating, especially for the price paid. The service is friendly and efficient, but there were some minor lapses in providing extras. The dining options are varied but slightly pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
